Second visit, good location, quiet and relaxing to come back to, lovely to sit on the bar terrace with a drink after a busy day. Bar staff very friendly and always busy . Room clean and lovely bathroom
Our second visit and our room was not ready … was offered upgrade but had to pay more, not a lot to be honest, but explained that we were returning guests but couldn’t give too us free, so we declined. Had paid over £400 already.

Pillows are super comfy hotels clean and in a great location from shopping food and train station

Loved the location, styling, and cleanliness
Very disappointed at the lack of smart TVs/ability to screen mirror from a phone.
Very disappointed that when I was being checked in by a member of staff after a long day travelling, another customer shouted over me to the staff, and the staff member started serving him instead of completing my checkin.
