Good clean property, brand new rooms and spotless, location is right next to Stratford international station and the mall. Connecting to central London (Covent garden, etc) is easy - by tube & Elizabeth line. Ofcourse if the tube is not working on the day, you’ve got to find alternatives like bus or uber. Very good aircon, comfy bed - they even provided a fan when I wanted some additional air circulation in the room. Room service and front desk were so responsive - all requests addressed within Minutes.

Spacious room with plenty of added extras such as an iron and ironing board, towelling robes and slippers. Nespresso coffee machine in room but only two pods. Well appointed hotel. Nice coffee shop (Union Social) - staff there were very pleasant and keen to please.
Breakfast wasn't included but that hadn't been clear from the booking.com info. Once that was established on arrival at Reception we weren't asked if we'd like to book (and pay) for breakfast as an add-on - which we would have done. Would have liked more pillows as the ones on offer were very squishy and ended up using the cushion from the sofa in the room. Not enough tea, coffee, milk supplies - had one cup each and that was it!

The room was good but the mattress very soft my husband has woken up with bad back pain.
