Suite was lovely size, Staff were very attentive and helpful, great location for access to the Excel.
Check in was not the quickest, and when I asked if we could have more milk for the room (only two sachets provided but 10 coffees) I was advised I could get this myself, I would have preferred a more thoughtful and serviced approach by reception/ what was pre provided in the room - however everything else was exceptional.

Breakfast buffet was very average and cold.
Corridors smelled of cigars.

The bed is comfortable. I Like the bed, and the sauna.
I don't like the shower, feels like a community bathroom, I didn't receive any birthday wishes like last year because they only do paid packages now which is very bad for a hotel, guests come for an experience and often times it's a special occasion. Dusty TV, Soap dispenser broke off in the shower, the breakfast is nice but has a weird after taste, maybe it's the oils they use, I loved breakfast last year but for some reason, this year - not so much. And not happy about the steam room being broken again!
