The hotel was ideal for access to the ABBA arena and Stansted airport. The room was super comfortable and great facilities
Service charge on a glass of a £10 glass of wine in the bar. We declined to pay .

Have stayed there several times always been good
This time we have an accessible room which we were not keen on we had booked a superior king room the bed did not feel any bigger than a double and paid £350 for the privilege bit disappointed

Beautiful hotel loved everything about it.. so modern and stylish. Especially the bar.
only thing I wasn't happy about is the breakfast, it didn't meet my expectations. Have to order the breakfast at breakfast room and it was a long wait. Then breakfast was very dry and sausage looked very undercooked.

Staff were lovely and the bed was very comfy
The Aircon was rubbish, the room was around 26 degrees when we arrived and we couldn't work the Aircon, we spoke to reception who were spot on and came swiftly to turn it on, it was left on all day and evening and when we returned at around midnight the room was a roasting 24 degrees making it a very warm night in a room with no openable windows. This ruined what could have been a great nights sleep
