Perfect location, happy and friendly staff, fantastic accesible room, the burritos from the street vendor down the road, loved everything especially distance to the step free underground and ofcourse the distance to the cable car.
The bathroom floor was incredibly slippy on the edge of the bathroom, ( next to the sliding door )
Our 2 nights went far to quickly.

Conveniently located hotel in Docklands doing everything an Ibis should - simple, clean, effective. The early starting breakfast was welcome and there was a decent selection. Good value for money.
There was some work going on in the reception area during my stay and the lights were flickering over the reception desk which was distracting. Hopefully the work is now complete.

We had a lovely time here. Its close to the o2 arena so it was easy for us to get to a concert. We used the cable car to get there which was close and easy to use. The hotel informed us that if we show our concert tickets while booking the cable car we get a discounted fair, which we did.
I had a slight mishap while booking which we didn't realise until the day before we checked in. I booked for 1 adult and child instead of 2 adults. So I had to book a separate room for for my wife.
