The location is perfect, right next to a train station and within walking distance of Spitalfields and the Tower of London. The room is very spacious, with a great kitchenette and a very spacious bathroom. They offer free coffee and tea in the lounge. I will definitely stay here again.

Close to subway
They gave us a first floor shabby room, it’s dark and with the other buildings right in front the window, coving the natural light. No view at all. It’s a dark corner room which is not the same standard displayed on the site which we booked. No bedside table!!

Great location, nice terrace, overall good rooms.
We had to switch rooms because of a broken Aircon and staff was helpful.
Upon arrival, we cancelled the breakfast we mistakenly booked online. Staff told us we'd be refunded swiftly. However, it took several weeks of insisting and a complaint to booking.com to get a response from the hotel. Furthermore, they only refunded for half of the stay. I never heard back and am waiting for the money to this day.
Also, even though the hotel opened rather recently, quite a lot of stuff is broken and apparently not fixed. Light bulbs, night lights, Aircon, tab for water/soda in communal areas.
