Everything! Staying here is a treat as not inexpensive, even with good deal we found! Staff so lovely and friendly. Good breakfast.

Extremely friendly staff from the moment we got to the front of the hotel and the gentleman took our bags, asked us if we would like a drink. The reception staff were also very friendly. Great comfy beds, awesome shower, lots of space in the room and the complimentary mini bar was a really lovely touch. I felt valued as a Customer. Great also to have a selection of bars within the hotel and as a non drinker the mocktail choice was reasonable. Excellent location.
Our room had a wall as the view. We stayed 469. Bit of a shame but you cant re landscape London, ha ha.

Location.
Staff, not the most helpful - sat in reception with our young sone waiting for a while - not one mention there was a pool table round the back - everyone else got offered a drink and we didn’t - an alarm clock went off in hour room at 4.30, we had no idea what it was m, woke our young son up, all then awake from 4.30 - they didn’t seem too bothered in reception when I told them
