It was quiet, extremely clean and well organised. The bed was comfortable. The room was super quiet and the blackout curtains kept it dark. I had the best night’s sleep I have ever had in a hotel.
The location was brilliant, right next to the Millennium Bridge, opposite Shakespeare’s Globe and The Tate Modern.
The vending machine for snacks and drinks in the foyer seemed to be asking for £15 just to use it - which deterred us.

Great location
Rooms are tiny. The double bed pushed against the wall was an issue. The images for the room looked different. Description for room said city view - our window was frosted. Could barely open the window. So no idea if it was raining until we stepped out of the hotel!

The staff were very nice and the bed was comfortable.
In our room there were no windows for natural light, the sink was very small and was inaccessible for washing face etc, the shower was very cold and even trying to change the temperature it was still cold. Some of the surfaces were not clean and the shower drain was blocked.
