Honestly, the location is unbeatable. The surrounding streets are great, and being right by the metro station, bus stops, shops, and restaurants makes it super convenient
Very dirty and horrible housekeeping. Cobwebs in the corners, and both the sink and shower drains were visibly blocked with built-up hair from multiple past guests. When we mentioned it to reception, since taking a shower meant completely flooding the place, they just told us no maintenance staff was available. And they claim to be a hotel! The bed was insanely uncomfortable...probably the worst I've experienced in London. After a long day of walking, all you want is a comfortable bed to crash in, so Cove Cannon Street is definitely NOT the place for you

This property was fabulous for us as a family of 3 travelling to London to see a musical and take in some sights. Our teenage daughter (16) was comfortable on the sofa bed (wouldn't recommend it for 2 x teenagers but fine for 2 x under 10. We didn't use the kitchen to cook, but the tea and coffee were very welcome for a morning cuppa. Brilliant location with easy access to Mansion House tube station (next door) and easy to walk over the Millennium Bridge to Southbank, Tate Modern, Borough Market etc.
I couldn't really find fault with the apartment - we would use it again for sure. It was basic, comfortable, clean and functional with everything we needed for a city break.

Fantastic mini apartment, new modern and functional. Strong air conditioning, we had to switch to heating for a bit as it was getting really cold. Staff are great and the underground is opposite the front door. Good double glazing so absolutely no noise at night. Lots of pubs and restaurants around, you won't regret it.

Central location, room was of decent size, toilet os good size. Functional with all facilities expected in an apartment hotel.
It was unclean, the windows had cobwebs, the carpet was quite filthy and besides, the ventilation was poor as the windows opened only a few inches. So despite the decent size it was claustrophobic. We asked for cleaning of the dirty areas but nothing was done. The gentleman at the reception was very grumpy and unwelcoming as well as unhelpful. Though later before our checkout a young cheerful girl replaced the gentleman and she was very pleasant and helpful. Also there was no coffee machine in the lobby area (unlike the other hotels we stayed in London and Edinburgh which had coffee machine either in room or lobby area) and no restaurant or breakfast facilities.
