Convenient location for travel to London and near to a range of shops bars and restaurants. Rooms are nicely furnished clean and comfortable. Bar area and dining are really good
Tv in room we were in kept on powering down so couldn’t really use it . The toilet backed up but eventually returned to normal

All staff were well trained, friendly and professional. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of variety. Constantly being replenished.
Room was spotless. All amenities were clean and tidy. There was no problem leaving luggage while waiting for room and they kept bags for us until we got our train.
Fantastic. Well done Hyatt House aparthotel.
Perfect location to shop and visit London city centre.

Luxurious lobby decor. Amazing veranda to eat breakfast.
Clean room, great in room kitchenette appliances.
Certainly suitable for long term stay.
Breakfast was high quality and well prepared.
Extremely busy location.
Reception staff gave wrong breakfast times, making us late for return journey.

the location was good. Easy to access westfield mall
the toilet was not washed properly. I could see stains when i looked inside the toilet which made it uncomfortable to use. The shower head had some white stains as well and the breakfast was just ok
