Proximity to Custom House station, the cable way and beautiful river views
Water was not refilled for three days in a row even after asking housekeeping to do so. We travelled just over 15hrs from South Africa and even though we requested early checkin we were bluntly refused a room. The hotel requested a £50 hold on credit card even though money had been paid through booking.com for the same purposes.

Clean, beautiful, cozy and close to the sea.
Nothing; except the charging port not working, calling reception and no one was picking and I had to come downstairs to make the complains.

The location is really good and the room is well kept.
The aircon wouldn’t turn off at all, it was so loud it made sleeping uncomfortable. When mentioned to one staff member they wasn’t responsive and rude.
