Great location with easy access to restaurants. The swimming pool is a wonderful addition. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Rooms are well designed and very comfortable.

The room was lovely and clean as well as the lobby and eating areas. Breakfast was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. I payed for parking on my first day of arrival and was told I wouldn’t have to purchase a second day when I asked about it. So therefore I could leave my car there while we travelled London and came to collect our car later that evening after checking out in the morning which went and along way and I thought was great customer service.
Great facility and lovely to have on the property but unfortunately me and my girlfriend both thought the pool was a little cold.

Beautiful design, terrible maintenance and nowhere near four-star standards
I stayed at this hotel for two nights and, unfortunately, was extremely disappointed.
Let me start with the positives. The hotel has a beautiful, modern interior, stylish design, and an exceptionally comfortable bed with a lovely soft mattress. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ends.
The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the room. For a four-star hotel associated with the Hilton brand, the standards were shockingly poor.
When I checked in, the room clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned. The ceiling was covered in stains, there were brown marks on the toilet, and the shelves had a thick layer of dust. These were not minor imperfections but obvious signs of neglected housekeeping. I’ve stayed in three-star hotels that were significantly cleaner.
The room was also poorly maintained. The showerhead was leaking, and there wasn’t even a toilet brush. It genuinely felt as though the hotel had been beautifully designed at some point but hadn’t been properly looked after since.
The temperature control was another issue. When I arrived in late October, the air conditioning was set to 18°C, making the room freezing cold. I increased the temperature to 23°C, but the room never warmed up properly. It was comfortable enough under the duvet, but unpleasantly cold otherwise.
Despite the modern interior, the television system was outdated, with no access to basic streaming services such as YouTube. There was no minibar either.
Almost all the power sockets were British, with only one suitable for a European plug. No adapters were provided in the room, making it unnecessarily difficult to charge my phone next to the bed.
The reception staff also seemed rather indifferent and not particularly welcoming. While this was a minor issue compared to everything else, it certainly didn’t help.
Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance standards were completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel. Even considering the relatively affordable price, I expected much better. The Hilton name and stylish interior create expectations that the actual experience simply does not meet.
I left extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.
