Apartment was a decent size to well accommodate family with 2 children. Modern and clean. A bonus of free coffee/chocolate all day long and croissants in the morning. Not too far from the metro station. Most requests kindly answered by the staff. Still uncertain whether it is a safe area but it felt ok.
The main disappointment was that the rooms are not cleaned at all if your stay is up to 3 nights. Meaning no towel change, no toilet paper being added. It was surprising and not communicated to us until we realized the towels were not changed. And there were towel hangers barely for two people in the bathroom meaning with 4 people there was nowhere to place the towels. They didn't mind giving us extra towels though. The second problem was the slight distance from tube station. At least 15min walk. There were buses but they were sometimes very frequent ad sometimes not coming at all (evening or weekend) so we could not rely on them much. It seems like not a big deal but for a family with kids or older people this may be too much. Most staff super kind other at the reception desk absent for a while so when you want to collect your bags from storage they may be not there for a while.

Fantastic staff, the lady on the desk 28/08 and 29/08 past 9PM was fantastic. Super helpful and friendly.
Great location, tube at Stratford station 15 minute walk takes you into city about 40 min ride
