New rooms, very clean, felt very modern and professional. Excellent bathroom. Brilliant kitchen, well thought out with complimentary biscuits, coffee, water etc. Had everything you need except for a few important niggles, see below. Great location for Woolwich or Royal Arsenal and right next to the Elizabeth Line tube. Excellent communication before arrival. I would suggest it is more suited to short term stay because no wardrobe or hanging facilities in my room. Would use again for an overnight visit.
No blind on Velux window, and this was a top floor room so it was very bright at 6am! That definitely needs addressing. Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi which was frustrating but moreover the TV is not set up with any aerial or cable. So no basic TV channels and could not get TV to connect to Wi Fi so I couldn't use it at all. Iron is provided but no mini ironing board so it was hard to use. Also worth noting there is no air conditioning and that top floor room was very very warm - ok in winter but perhaps not in Summer (I stayed mid September).

Ligt op 2 minuten lopen van Thameslink en Elizabeth line en supermarkt en restaurant om de hoek, superhandig. Is gloednieuw en van alle gemakken voorzien.
Er waren nog paar laatste puntjes die nog moesten worden afgewerkt, zoals ontbrekende stoel maar daar had de host direct goede oplossingen voor.

Clean, well appointed and close to all amenities
It was a bit difficult to find as the sign was due to go up, but the proprietors were easy to contact and very helpful
