Clean and breakfast. The stuff in the restaurant were great.
The room is very small compared to the paid price. Also in the first two days some of the stuffs in the reception reacted to us in bad and rude way.
The AC control was locked in a fixed temperature and we are in the summer!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location from the underground is great, just a short walk away. Some of the staff are friendly.
Plenty of places to eat around the area and had a nice big shower which was also very clean.
A couple of the day Reception staff were a bit rude and unwelcoming but could have been having a bad day, but the other receptionists and dining staff made up for this and were very helpful and polite.
The cooked breakfast isn't worth the amount you pay for it, it's cold, tate is terrible but I suppose to keep costs down for such a big organisation, they have to buy in cheap foods for less quality.
