Room was clean and location was perfect. Staff were super friendly and the facilities were great (24 hour reception and bar). I stayed as I was attending a concert at the O2 and the hotel is directly opposite Canning Town underground station. Would highly recommend!
The entrance isn't obvious as you go through the restaurant/bar.

Proximity to the O2 was brilliant, it only took us 12 mins to get there and the tube station is directly opposite the hotel. The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff on reception were lovely and bar /dining area was relaxed and designed very well. The whole look of the hotel was more boutique hotel than premier inn style which i was expecting. The bathroom was lovely, new and clean.
The room could have been a bit bigger and a table or shelf by the mirror would help to get ready. The only real criticism was that there was a wall mounted tv that sticks out so we kept walking into it, so nothing major.
