The building is walking distance from Roma Tiburtina train station. Not a fashionable spot, but practical if you are going to be taking the train or using public transport.
The room was clean, the fridge and air conditioning worked ok, did not try the TV.
There is no staff on sight. My late check in was arranged via WhatsApp with someone to whom I was sent to by the main contact on Booking.com. Although the room itself was very clean, the hallway stank of cigarettes (in spite of the no smoking signs). The walls are a bit thin, could hear water running somewhere all through the night. As per Booking.com there were toiletries and a kettle offered, there were none in the room. The door lock took some work to have it lock properly.

Nonostante un piccolo inconveniente causato dal bagno della stanza accanto, l’host è stato tempestivo, disponibile ed efficiente nel risolvere il problema. Posizione impagabile. Esperienza complessivamente molto positiva.

it was very comfortable and sweet little room. Very clean and the people were lovely.
I booked because close to the train station and it was cheap. I speak English and was given no directions as where to go when entering the building. I was very confused and got very flustered. Luckily received help and was able to find my way but also felt uncomfortable in the area surrounding. Very dodgy area, had to walk 30 minutes to find food.
