room spotless annex 6 comfy bed, plug sockets beside bed, sofa tv air con hairdryer telephone, kitchenette spotless bakery bread, orange juice in the fridge milk, jams, marmalade, tea tray coffee sugar u h t milk coffee machine coffee pods cutlery and plates in cupboard, microwave, washing up liquid tea towel, iron ironing board in cupboard, ensuite walk in shower, hand wash toiletries not included. loo roll, nice pint of Stella in the castle pub.

fabulous fridge orange juice and milk assortment of cereals, kitts hill bakery bread yummy, tray of coffee sugar uht milk, assortment of jams marmalade, toaster, kettle, microwave, mugs plates knives and forks in the cupboard, exeptional ensuite, sound proofed walk in shower, shaving point, hand wash, no shower gel, I brought my own, very comfortable big bed, sofa , hairdryer, ironing board and iron in the cupboard tv remote control air con, plug sockets beside the bed, the castle pub nice pint of Stella, close to Zaks riverside road opposite loved this place annex 6
absolutely nothing to dislike, can't wait to go again.A1

Location is nice. Not far from the city center.
Mattresses were uncomfortable.
Breakfast: just cereal or bag oatmeal with milk, artificial orange juice and toast which you cook yourself in the room.
