Good location to get in and out of the city easily.
You need to get in the car park, there is NO on road parking anywhere.

Lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. For the price the room was excellent. Lovely breakfast basket and fridge with milk, juice, water.
Very quiet for being over a pub.
Need to know, it's a good walk into the centre of Norwhich.

The room was clean, nicely decorated with all facilities needed
Shabby in places a bit of maintenance is required, curtain hold back is nearly off wall, light above mirror loose, and towel rail also loose, be careful to make sure the kettle lid clicks in & as the lid fell off whilst pouring the water resulting in boiling water splashing on me, breakfast would have been ok for us but the fridge is obviously not working as the milk was off & lumpy (it was in date) so no morning drinks, cereal or yogurts for us, not really worth what we paid
