Room was large, clean with a lovely view. Staff were friendly. Bar prices reasonable. Location is really good.
Food was OK, but not great. Breakfast is obviously batch cooked, bacon, black pudding etc dried out. Having to pay extra for coffee as part of the breakfast price seemed a bit unfortunate, no fruit juice available unless you paid as well.

Location, extremely helpful staff. The staff completely carry this hotel
Room quite small and extremely hot and stuffy windows could only be opened slightly. Far too many steps (especially at our age)
