. Great location across the road from the train station
. Next to a restaurant and little walking distance to other convenience shops & amenities like a cinema ect
. A good size room for a single
. Kettle, Microwave, fridge, tea & sugar ( no coffee) toaster, toiletries and towels/ bedding .
Also within the wardrobe was an ironing board/iron ( never used these)
Saw a hairdryer in the vanity unit/desk also a fan again never used.
Quiet within the property with several layers at the windows to block potential traffic noise which was really useful
. I was fortunate enough to access my room a little earlier after asking and the lovely cleaner who had cleaned my room beautifully & helped me up stairs with my case without being asked when after she heard I had a shoulder injury due to a fall from a few weeks earlier
. Easy to use shower
Keyless entry to both doors of the property ( both coded)
. My single bed in Apartment 5 - the mattress was too bumpy with the springs so that wasn't great for an over 50 year old !
. The kitchen Tap was extremely hot but didn't get any hot water from the ensuite Tap!!!
. Would have liked a shelf in the ensuite for my toothbrush ect

Perfect for a solo traveller. Clise to station & Riverside area (great Wetherspoons there!) The fan provided was much appreciated!! Great shower & comfortable room space! Clear instructions to gain access.
No milk sachets or cartons to go with the complimentary tea & coffee - minor point really. Bathroom sink was small & no hot water there.

Apartment 4: quiet room, didn't hear anything from the street or those staying in the apartments. Key-less entry was good and worked without fail all times. Very responsive to messages which was much appreciated as I wanted to book a late checkout on the day and this was arranged for me (late check out at 12pm is £20). Having a fridge was great and very helpful. I didn't use the microwave but it was good to have as an option. Shower had okay pressure and was hot within seconds. Okay for a couple of nights when you need a place to rest your head - not somewhere you could work out of it you're here on business.
Windows don't open - this was hard on one of the hottest weekends of the year. The room had a smell to it also which wasn't helped by the heat. I appreciated the plug in air freshener but the room just needs to be ventilated a little better. There were shorr hairs in the shower when I arrived which did put me off a little as it made me feel like it wasn't cleaned prior to my arrival. The TV remote didn't work very well (others have mentioned this) which made it hard to go onto other channels. The bedframe felt a little weak. In my opinion, it was a lot of money for the quality of stay/room I received.
