Excelente staff, great facilities and great value for money!

- The staff is out of this world. Always smiley and ready to help with whatever you need. Helped with the bags during check in. They always ordered taxi for us as well. They prepared a sandwich and bananas for us since our boat left before breakfast on check out. - AC in the room, very clean, always very clean towels and linen. - Offer shampoo and shower gel - Free water in each floor. - Nice pool, comfy chairs and clean beach towels. - Coffee available by the pool. - 1,5/2 dollars taxi to get to town, or 30 mins walk.

- Breakfast is tasty but simple and with small portions. - Hairdryer didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. They didn’t have a portable one to offer me. - Gym equipment very few and very old.

Bardzo miła obsługa, pomocna i profesjonalna. Dbałość o czystość i obsługę. Kącik wypoczynkowy przy basenie z dostępem do kawy i herbaty.

Śniadania mogłyby być bardziej urozmaicone, więcej warzyw. Kontakt mailowy pozostawia dużo do życzenia- pytaliśmy o opcję transferu z lotniska i nie otrzymaliśmy żadnej odpowiedzi.

Nice place to stay!

The staff were very helpful and arranged taxis for us when needed. They also suggested a great restaurant that we ended up loving. The breakfast was also decent.

Nothing in particular comes to mind except maybe the bathroom was a bit cramped. Just a note, this is not specific to this hotel but just the whole area we stayed on the island. It's not very walkable at night with not many street lamps and the street dogs made us nervous! So maybe get taxis everywhere. It's a fixed price so it's pretty handy.

Very good

Our room was very clean. All the personnel was polite and always happy to help.

Breakfast could be more various. Usually they provide you with eggs (scrumble or fried eggs) with pan or pancakes and that all.

Great value for your money.

Nice building and breakfast, which was different every day (we loved the empanadas). Spacious room, free water available. We used the hot tub which was great, though a bit dirty. Staff was kind and gave us some good recommendations about where to eat in town. Excellent value for your money

It isn’t centrally located, but it isn’t a big deal at all. Centre can be easily reached by foot or taxi. Reception wasn’t particularly helpful with ferries and getting things organised on the island, but it didn’t matter since there are many agencies in town. It would be nice if they provided guests with breakfast to take away since many will probably miss it one morning if they need to get a flight/ ferry.

Exceptional Staff! Excellent and modern room! Yummy breakfast by the pool !

The room was very clean, modern , comfortable, air conditioning, hot water,and a mini fridge! There were filtered water jugs on every floor. The breakfast was very good and filling - always eggs, juice , fruit and then empanadas one day , pancakes one day, toast, etc. The staff was excellent - ( Over and Beyond) especially Oscar and Angel. Very professional, kind, answer any questions, help with luggage, call taxis (&1.50 to town), arrange tour to Turtle Reserve, etc. We both spoke just enough English and Spanish to understand each other. Google translator was not needed. I loved it ! they arranged taxi from airport to hotel which was similar price as finding taxi $30-$35). Taxi man waiting on airport, holding up paper w my name. The hotel is away from hustle and bustle of town and more relaxing - only $1.50 taxi to town.

the vacation of my dream, hotel staff exceeded to fulfill any request.

the place is amazingly exceptional, the staff is very courteous and friendly, great costumer service, breakfast great, enough, room always clean, generally speaking feel like home in there, wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place. Is a bit far from Puerto Ayora, but worth it, taxi cost only $ 1,50. Safe hotel, safe place, amazing. My sincere thanks for the staff, keep up the good work!!!!!!!

A satisfying and accommodating experience

Breakfast was very varied and good. Great staff, excellent attention and courtesy from Mr. Oscar and Mr Angel.

The hotel is located some distance from the centre so you’ll need to take a taxi which costs about $1.50. There’s a small supermarket next door which is handy. Otherwise, there isn’t much else nearby.

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful.

Nothing, really. It's not located in the main touristy area, but it's a quick cab ride away. The cab ride is only 1.50, so it wasn't a problem for us at all.

The room was ok. The staff on reception did their best.

The breakfast is very poor. Eggs, toasts, small portion of fruits, local dish. Every day the same except local dish that we coudn't eat. The location is far from the center. The taxi is cheap ( the only thing on Galapagos that is cheap). Near the hotel is road. We didn't use pool and jacuzzi because of this road. Very noise. To tell the truth we didn't hear anything in the room, but our room was in another part of hotel.

A great retreat for the kids before leaving the islands.

Everything was better than expected. The staff, especially Oscar, was incredibly helpful and very nice. He showed us a fantastic local place to eat and was great with the kids. The breakfast, pool, and big suite with two bedrooms was also nice. The beds were very very comfortable!! Also, it was on the way out of the city to the airport which was helpful as our last stop on the island.

The traffic on the main road could be heard quite loudly in the rooms, earplugs were necessary for a good sleep. The pool tiles were very slippery (the steps) and sharp and dangerous (the center section) for our small kids, my son cut himself pretty badly in the pool. It didn’t slow them down but it is necessarily something to mention to the property managers.

Superb

Good breakfast, nice hotel in a walking distance from town centre (or you can take a taxi for 1-1.5 dollars) and great, friendly and very helpful staff – a guy from reception took care about me during the whole stay and organised all trips (to Isabela, Pinzón, Seymour Norte and Santa Cruz- El Chato) for me with a local agency for better price, than you can find on internet.

Lovely clean and well appointed hotel . Spacious rooms with large landings containing seating areas , water dispensing on every floor . Excellent swimming pool , hot tub ,games room and gymn . Nice area infront of pool where delicious breakfast made by excellent cook Ayelsa were served . The lovely Oscar and his team were so helpful and gave us great tips and advice on buses and places to visit. Put a kettle in our room for my endless cups of tea Even though a 20minute walk into town this worked out for the best and taxi were set price of $2 so v easy . Great value superb service would recommend .

Oscar was incredible! He is going places! He could one day own hotel! Location was not so good.

Oscar was the greatest! Literally that guy is always working and always has the biggest smile and ready to jump and help you with ANYTHING! He made the whole experience for us.

So far from town and the area is all run down. The wifi was also terrible. It wasn't great anywhere but a lot of places you could at least connect somewhat. Working at all was totally out of the question. Maybe answer a text or two. The hotel was in such a weird spot. It's a nice hotel but in the middle of no where and the surrounding sure didn't match the hotel.

The stay was pretty good.

The breakfast was very good, and if you wanted exercise you could walk to the city center. Oscar at the front desk was very helpful and spoke English, he is a great asset to the hotel.

The houses next to the hotel had a few late noisy parties. However we were able to change rooms at no cost for a quiet night.

Would have left but could not get our money back to relocate to another part of town.

Extremely clean property and the staff went above and beyond to assist.

The noise level around the area, the dogs barking all night long, poor Wifi though that is common on the islands, the inability to use the jacuzzi on a daily basis (only available for 2 hours on some days). The distance to town requires taxi all the time though cheap at $1.50

Nice hotel, but with a bad (noisy) location

Hotelroom was clean and exactly as on the photo’s. Everything looks quite new. Staff was friendly and arranged a taxi everytime we needed it, their English wasn’t good but everything was clear enough.

You could hear the electric plant nearby humming quite hard even during the night. We knew the hotel was out of town, but this made it a real pity we didn’t book in the city center. We had breakfast for one day, but it was quite awful (maizecookies with eggs), worst breakfast we had during our three week stay in Ecuador.

The rooms were big and very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly, and helpful. The TV and internet connections worked better than anywhere else on the islands.

IThe location isn't great not because it's a bit far from the piers but because it's next to a road and there is a lot of traffic noise.

Very good

Facility is new. Comfortable shower with hot water, room was spacious with various storage options. The team is polite and happy to assist with whatever possible like ordering a taxi, giving us extra towel for the sea. Breakfast was consisted of fresh emfanadas and eggs.

Far from center, very noisy room resulting the traffic outside during the evening and night. Windows in such a new place should isolate this noise. No elevator. Poor wifi
