Coquina Beach Club 110 is a 550 square foot studio, with a heated salt-water pool, it has a spacious, open concept appearance, and it is attractively priced. This unit is extremely well maintained, everything in it is NEW and the owner checks the condition of her unit after her guests depart. We have a direct beach view from our sun deck, and the beach and pool are just steps from our door. CBC 110 sleeps 2 guests in a new Queen Murphy Bed, with a brand-new Serta Perfect Sleeper queen mattress. You can walk to bars, shops, restaurants and the historic pier. Two Adults, No Smoking, No Pets. I am a Realtor/Owner. This spacious studio has 2 covered parking spaces and extra guest parking with permits. My Air conditioner is self-adjusting to your own comfort level. All of my appliances are new. My unit has an alarm system; you can arm the system at night for added security. We provide all top-quality beach chairs and umbrellas for our guests.

This is my multiple booking with Coquina Beach condos, this stay was by far the best! Accommodations were perfect! Clean, new sheets & comforter was waiting, umbrellas, chairs, etc! Highly recommend! Perfect last trip before my daughter leaves for college! Location is great, beach steps from doorstep! Safe, clean, & amazing host!

This is a budget property, located well and all was as stated except for the bed. We could barely walk upon rising each morning and took several days after leaving for our bodies to straighten out.. Suggest you bring bath soap. No dishwasher.
