About this house rental
Nestled in Naples Park, this lovely house for $220 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. =================================== Important information on the current rental situation due to COVID-19 Our comfortable bungalow is located in a quiet but central area in the 600 block of 94th Avenue North in the North of Naples. From there, it is only a short walk or 3 minutes by car until you reach the mile-long stretch of white sand at Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. The living area (approx. 1,700 sq. ft) has been refurnished in September/ October 2011 to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay in our house. A beautifully decorated living space with lovely, carefully selected accessories and modern furniture provide an atmosphere which makes you feel at home. The master bedroom with adjacent bathroom and large walk-in closet, is furnished with an incredibly comfortable king-size bed, complemented by a flatscreen TV and a radio for more modern comforts. You will also find two guestrooms with a shared bathroom. One of which has two single beds and a walk-in closet, the other has a queen-size bed and a wardrobe, as well as direct access to the roofed veranda. An open kitchen with two black marble countertops connects a dining area and a modern living space where you can just have a good time. The appliances at your disposal include: a glass ceramic stovetop, an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, coffee maker etc. – everything the heart and palate desire. In the dining area, there's room for 10 people at the large table. You will also find enough flatware, glassware and cutlery for all of your guests. This is truly a place for fine dining and fine conversation, or, to combine them both, fine entertaining. And the dining area has direct access to the covered veranda. The living room is set up as a comfort zone. Sofas, cable TV with a 60’’ flat screen, DVD player, a radio, CD player, etc. are an invitation for you to relax, sit back, rest your soul and let your stress just slip away. Right off the living room is a small, open lounge, where you can read, surf the net, meditate or take a catnap, in partial isolation from the goings-on in the rest of the house. Sit back and get comfortable in the lounge chairs, gaze out the window at the backyard (which you can also reach through a sliding door). You can also check your e-mail or get the latest news from the Internet on your laptop at the small desk nestled in the corner. (Internet flat rate and WiFi included.) Sheets and towels are provided, and there is a washing machine and a dryer as well for your convenience. Of course, the house has central air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep you comfortable. The 1/4 acre property gives you plenty of space to enjoy yourself outside as well. The backyard, with its trees, bushes and lawn, is love at first sight for anyone who appreciates a well-tended and spacious yard. Whether on the covered and screened-in patio or on the lawn, lounge chairs and other patio furniture leave you no choice but to relax and enjoy the nature around you. Of course, the backyard is also the ideal spot for a barbecue! And the propane grill is already there as well! A large 2-car garage with automatic garage-door opener offers enough space for two cars. The driveway fits two more cars or a trailer/boat combo. Enjoy your vacation in our newly furnished bungalow, barbecue on the veranda, and let the idyllic setting and peaceful surroundings inspire you. Go for a bike ride, or a stroll down to the beach. Go dolphin watching or enjoy a romantic evening with a fantastic sunset over the sea. Vacation in paradise, and you will surely want to return. The owner had everything we would ever need there and absolutely everything was labeled so we didn't have to try this or that to make things work. The house was neat and tidy. The ad says easy walk to the beach. It was exactly 1 mile. The pool was excellent. It fully met our expectations.

It was a very nice and clean place, and it is in an area with shopping malls and restaurants. We really liked the beach and the city. We highly recommend it as a family vacation and will hope to return.

5 words: We Didn't Want To Leave!
After a year of hectic pandemic life -- where work/life/remote-learning all blended together, our stay in Naples at Gerda and Juergen's home was everything we could have imagined and more. The location was perfect...so close to the beach, shopping and grandparents! The house was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed and then some. The backyard was perfect for our dog to frolic in or laze around under the palm trees. Being city dwellers, the pool was such a treat to have and the perfect respite from the sweltering Florida heat. If any issue did arise, communication was great with Gerda and Juergen and their property manager.
Thank you so much for everything. We would love to return!

The problem with this house is that the owners are absentee owners – they live in Germany. While they are responsive via email, they rely on a group of local people To maintain the house and also to respond to their renters’ concerns. That process was less than optimal. The main contact person is their cleaning lady, who was extremely rude from the very first phone call we had with her. She outright lied to us about her maintenance of the house when we asked her when the last time the filters have been changed for the intake vents for the AC at the house, which were caked with so much black dust, it was amazing the air conditioning unit could work at all. The woman we were told to deal with insisted her husband had changed them just three months prior, but when my husband got up and actually pulled A filter down from the ceiling it was dated over a year ago.. We are spent the first two days after we got to the house deep cleaning it. Properties in Naples Park are hot and this one had clearly been rented for several months in a row. This is fine if you have a crew of people that come in and deep clean the house in between families – that is not the case with this home. The house was superficially cleaned at best. Just one example was that something had spilled in One of the clear drawers in the refrigerator and it was coded with a disgusting sticky substance. It was left in that condition for us to deal with.
We also discovered that the pool cover had literally begun to disintegrate scattering blue plastic bits throughout the pool which we spent hours cleaning out of the pool both by hand and with the new skimmer that we bought (the skimmer that was there was ripped). We also cleaned the pool filter out which had piles of these blue plastic bits in it. We reported this problem to the owner but nothing was ever done about it during the entire month we stayed there.
Barbecue grates were rusted to the point where you couldn’t possibly grill anything on the barbecue. It took several days to fix that problem. Bottom line is the house is just run down pretty hard and the owners have not been able to get here because of Covid to maintain it. Hopefully that will change next year. Beware until then

I can't say enough about this home! It was clean, comfortable and the location was fantastic. The property was absolutely beautiful and we felt right at home and very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was responsive, kind and accommodating. I hope to be able to stay again in the near future!

The pass to go to the park is a plus and the neighborhood is nice and safe. The only minus was that the house needed a deep cleaning. We had to clean the oven (it was filthy) and the terrace floor was in need of a deep cleaning which we had to do ourselves. We vacuumed the dining room rugs and the amount of dust we got out was insane, we had to roll up the other rugs. I spoke with the owner the day after we came and told her that stall In the master bedroom was detach from the floor and she offered to send someone but I preferred not to have anyone come to the house while we were staying. Other than that we had a splendid time and the house is charming. We will come back another time.

Everything you need for a perfect family vacation!
We absolutely loved this villa and pool! We don’t think the pictures actually do it justice as we really felt at home and comfortable. Everything has been well thought over to make it soo good. It is well set out and lots of space for a family to chill out in or spend time together. It is clean and tidy but with nice homely touches throughout. The kitchen is very well stocked which is appreciated when catering for a hungry family with teenagers! Washer and dryer is also an added bonus. Pool and garden are immaculate and regularly attended to professionally. It is in a great location in Naples everything either a short drive away for shopping and the beach is easy walking distance to. Thank you very much and we would definitely recommend.

Incredibly Welcoming Home Away from Home!!
This house is perfect for a family or a few adults. Pool and grounds are wonderfully kept. A little walk and you’re at the Beach! Shopping & groceries nearby and downtown Naples a short drive. Everything about the home and area exceeded our expectations. The owners have thought of everything; the house has all you could possibly need and more!! We can’t wait for our next visit...it won’t be soon enough

Thank you Juergen for letting us stay in your beautiful home. You were always very prompt in answering all of my crazy questions. We loved our week there. I wish we could have stayed longer. The heated pool was great and the rest of the house was very well organized. It was nice to have the state park card also. We used it at 2 parks. I really liked all of your art work. and fun decorating items. I would definitely tell people to check this home out and we will keep it in mind for our trip next fall.

Loved our stay in this beautiful and well kept home in Naples!
All conveniences of home in this well kept house! Three lovely bedrooms and lots of space.
We especially enjoyed the salt water pool that was very clean and well maintained. The yard was beautifully landscaped and spacious. Our grandchildren loved it!
The location of the home was perfect for shopping and dining out. But when staying in, the well stocked kitchen and barbeque made dinner a delight.
Especially enjoyed the homeowners paintings and décor throughout the house.

Owners & property manager were wonderful to work with & addressed any questions immediately. Home is fully appointed, updated, clean with a superb layout for either one or multiple families. The fully fenced grass yard was terrific for our dog who equally enjoyed his stay. The heated screened large pool was great even on a January day. We will definitely be back again!

We spent 2 weeks here and it was simply gorgeous! The house and the pool/garden area are clean and comfortable - our little son loved the pool! The kitchen is really good equipped, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer worked perfectly. We'd love to stay here again! Thank you so much

Great stay
We had a great stay. It truly was better than a hotel. Quiet, well equipped, and conveniently located. The park pass is a nice perk. Perhaps it was our OCD kicking in, but we did re-clean the showers, and the fridge. The tv was a little complex, but we did not go to Fla. to watch tv. I would definitely stay here again.

A Great Home Base!
I stayed here for almost four months, having temporarily relocated to Naples for work. The house was wonderful - peaceful and quiet so I could sleep or work (even on the weekends). It was a great place to come home to every day and unwind after a long work day - I could feel the stress melt away whenever I walked in the door. And when I did have time to play, Vanderbilt Beach was just a short walk away. It's a neat, clean, spacious home that is perfect for a quick getaway or a nice long vacation.

Naples Vacation
My wife and I along with our "girls" (two small dogs), had a wonderful 11 day stay at this property.
We had our share of rain but were able to work around the showers for the most part. The house was very clean and well maintained. The master bedroom bed may be the most comfortable vacation bed we have been in. Neighborhood felt safe and the dogs enjoyed their walks thru the neighborhood. The owner and housekeeper both called to check on us shortly after arrival to see if there was anything we needed. Excellent service, excellently maintained property and very close to the state park, resturants and shopping. You would need to have your own car but the proximity to most places is a very short drive. We would stay at this property again.

Vacation in Naples
We're just back from our first visit to Naples. We had such a great time that we almost regretted coming home. This home by far is the most comfortable I've ever stayed in on vacation. The house is beautifully furnished in a modern style and the owners have thought of everything to insure that your stay will be enjoyable. The house has a nice open design and provides for a very relaxing atmosphere. The beach is only a few blocks away and if you haven't visited the Gulf you are missing out on the white sandy shoreline and warm Emerald waves. Beach combing is a favorite here as well as gathering to watch the sunset. Make sure you visit the Naples pier to get a great view of the town and watch the local fishermen. You may even spot a dolphin or two. Ride the trolley to get a real feel for the area. This home in Naples allowed us a memorable reunion with my daughter and son-in-law and we hope to return every chance we get. If you are looking for a nice quiet home to wind down in when your day of fun is done this is it. We loved it and hope to return real soon! Oh and don't miss out on breakfast at Joe's Diner.
