The location was excellent; I parked the car and could get around the city on the free tram, which stopped right outside the hotel door. Restaurants were close by; the room was very comfortable.

I liked the aesthetics of the architecture, the cleanliness of the lobbies and room. I enjoyed the customer service experience.
I didn't like the fact that there was no honey at the breakfast buffet and that some of the breakfast food was getting cold.
