I liked the cleanliness of the apartment and the bathroom.
I didn't like the attitude of the person at the reception when we arrived with the baby . First they gave small dark depressed apartment which ruined our experience. After complaining they gave us the big clean apartment which we saw in pictures before booking .

usually the rooms are very nice, very modern and great view
we’ve stayed at quest multiple times although this time felt lackluster, we usually have a room with a balcony and seats however despite booking the same room at a more expensive price there was literally no balcony to stand on, which is disappointing as the view is one of our favourite parts typically. The room was mostly okay as usual however it felt less clean, one of the cups had lipstick marks on it which we had to wash, the bathroom had hair and the toilet brush was leaking water which left a foul smell in the bathroom, it also seemed as though surfaces were not wiped over as there were rings from glasses on the counter and table
