The location and views were excellent. Top Quality
Communication was very difficult before we arrived, emails didn't get answered and some aspect of the cleaning were not of a high standard, grease was under the hobs, spare blanket was dirty, and shortage of pots and pans, but when we did make contact the booking agency did come to the party, with extra pots and pans, which was appreciated

Excellent location in CBD with a secure free car park. Located in the free tram zone. Security bond was returned promptly.
Sparsely furnished. No drawer storage for sox or underwear. Limited number of coat hangers.

The bed was comfortable and access to pool and steam room were great. View of the Yarra was nice too
Apartment lacked enough mood lighting. No prints on wall which made it quite bland. No tissues in room and tap in bathroom wouldn’t turn off properly.
