Food was great, they had a large variety of things to choose from that was all fresh. Staff customer service was beyond exceptional.

The property was okay overall, but I would not consider it a true all-inclusive experience. There were additional charges for certain drinks and beers, which was disappointing for a resort advertised as all-inclusive. We also found a cockroach in our room, which was very concerning.

Another issue occurred at check-in because the system did not have my children’s ages updated correctly. Instead of allowing us to check into our room and resolving the issue afterward, we were kept waiting in the lobby for approximately three hours. Housekeeping was another concern. When our regular housekeeper was off, our refrigerator was not restocked. The refrigerator only included Red Stripe, Sprite, Coca-Cola, and nectars—there were no other beverages provided in the room. The same limitation applied in the lobby, where only a select number of drinks were included unless you paid to upgrade to Premier or Prestige. For a property advertised as all-inclusive, I expected more amenities and beverage options to be included without additional charges.
