Sehr nette Anlage!

Das Zimmer hatte ein Doppelbett und ein Einzelbett ist aber dennoch sehr kompakt. Für uns aber vollkommen in Ordnung, da wir nur für eine Nacht geblieben sind. Vor dem Zimmer gibt es Stühle auf denen man den Innenhof des Hotels aus beobachten kann. Der Innenhof ist schön begrünt und der Pool ist - inklusive Poolliegen - auch direkt vor dem Zimmer. Der Innenhof ist für uns in jedem Fall ein Highlight gewesen. Hier konnten wir richtig gut ausspannen. Leider konnte das Restaurant an dem Abend, an dem wir da waren, kein Essen bereitstellen. Die Unterkunft hat dafür aber eine gute Lösung angeboten und Lieferdienste organisiert. Wir konnten also ganz komfortabel über die Rezeption Essen bestellen und direkt beim Hotel bezahlen. Für uns eine super Sache! Das Frühstück konnten wir am Restaurant einnehmen, dass ebenfalls Tische im Innenhof hat. Frühstück typisch costa-ricanisch und gut!

A Lovely 3 day stay

The lady that runs this hotel is marvellous! Nothing is too much trouble, very accommodating and helpful. The evening meals we had were delicious 😋

It would have been nice to have a kettle and fridge in the room.

Excellent!

Used the hotel as a stopover to the north and we could not have made a better choice. Very friendly staff and mostly local guests who were a lot of fun. Nice pool, very clean and comfortable room and a great Costa Rican style breakfast.

La amabilidad del personal y el desayuno súper rico.

La ducha no tiene agua fria/caliente. Es temperatura ambiente. Aunque en Costa Rica esto no es súper necesario.

wonderful staff and a nice stop over on way to to airport from Tamarindo

Good one for small people

Nice pool and pool bar (although we didn't use it). Super friendly service.

Hard to find when driving the first time in Costa Rica. The room is tiny. The breakfast is also very small.

Wonderful pool and Adrienne was so awesome! She went out of her way to make our stay special. We will return.

Short but very sweet stay. Great stopover spot for comforting service and good rest.

The service was amazing, all needs covered, anticipated and attended to very quickly! The only exception being that after breakfast and when I needed to check out of the room, there was no-one around and the office reception area was locked!? I had to open the gate for the driveway and let myself out. We had lunch and dinner delivered to us and served professionally by the staff at the poolside bar. The bar was closed and the pool was not recently cleaned, but it was a Sunday so that might be expected.

The property is VERY compact and rooms are small. There is construction happening on the upper floor and as early as 7am on Monday, workers were making noise and conducting business as usual right outside our ground floor door.

The workmen who appear to be still there making an unacceptable noise drilling and banging so you couldn't hear yourself talk No apology or mention for this and spoils the relaxation of the place..beware

Small, welcoming hotel

The staff person who welcomed us was exceptional. She also created artistic and tasty cocktails for two of us. It is easy walking to a supermercardo and town market. Lovely pool.

Our rooms were immediately adjacent to the pool, where there was music and conversation. As a result there was noise when we wished to go to sleep.

Great for a stopover

This hotel was beautiful and a great place to stay on our way to the airport. It broke up the journey and my last day was spent by the pool. The staff were excellent.

the hotel is decent (nice pool) and staff were nice. especially Teo (I think that was her name? not sure, she works afte

the pool area was very nice. water was cool which was refreshing because it’s very hot there. they play nice music by the pool which gives good vibes.

the room I stayed in was a bit dated. very tiny sink (minuscule) and the bedding wasn’t very good quality. needed an update. looked like they were remodeling some of the rooms so maybe an update is already underway. shower water doesn’t get very warm. the restaurant was closed so they offered takeout menus and plated the food and placed it at a table by the pool, so it felt like you were eating in a restaurant. but the mark-up was high so the meal was very expensive (twice as much as it would have been if you just went out to eat). not much to do in Orotino. not a very nice town.

Great breakfast. Staff really helpful. First night in Costa Rica and we had forgotten s free things and the staff pointed is to the right places to get the did we needed. Exceptional service. Beautiful pool and courtyard area.

Clean and Safe but might be overpriced.

The area is relatively quiet and staff were friendly. Room was clean.

The aircon doesn't work very well and didn't take much humidity out of the room so the room was very humid. It's a nice room but for what it is I think it's overpriced considering we paid pretty much the same for much better rooms in San Jose.

I wouldn't recommend it

Hard to communicate in English. The room had a dump smell that you couldn't easily breath at night. Not really convenient setup in the room. The bathroom was not very clean.

Best first night stay in Costa Rica

The host was amazing. She was attentive, kind and just our stay perfect.

Lack of signage on street made it a little challenging to find the location. Waze to rescue.

Acceptable for one night if you have no choice to stay in Orotina

Very friendly staff. Clean.

Very surprised by the high rating. Basic furniture. Smallish dark rooms. Strong artificial cleaner smell. Loud music from the pool during the day. Loud bar across the street at night. Below average breakfast. Definitely not a "Boutique hotel".
