Excellent safe location, staff was pleasant and helpful. Rooms were big and clean. Pool was clean and fresh. Bar was cool with excellent staff.
Mall is across the road about a 4 minute walk with a bridge instead of dodging cars.

Good for a one night stay upon arrival in San Jose! Rooms nice, good breakfast ......location not the most inspiring.

The family room was a good size with two large beds which accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. There is quite a busy road by the hotel, but there was very good sound proofed windows so we had a peaceful night.
There is quite a good swimming pool and our teenage children enjoyed the pool table and football table.
There was a wide variety of food for dinner, but there were other options close by.

The room was not clean and it was beat up, the room was small and it was humid.
