Location, staff and character of the building. The breakfast was world class.
A way to charge your phone overnight. An extra plug close to the bed for example.

Breakfast was good, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly, however most could not speak english.
The white sheets and towels had stains and the walls had marks. The bathroom shower was broken, but useable.
