Very comfortable room. Bathroom was a good size. In a good location near The Split and on the main street. Nice little closed off area to hang out.
These aren't things I didn't like just noting them for others, but staff hours are traditional 8-5. Just something to note in you're expecting 24/7 service. If you don't like walking then get a taxi.

There's a nice relaxed atmosphere about the place. My room was clean and comfortable and the yard outside and behind has shady places to sit or lie in a hammock, although there was some reconstruction work going on at the time I was there. There's also a nice pier they own going out to sea where you can sit or swim, although they didn't point this out till the last day. Caye Caulker doesn't really have any beaches, except at the ends of the island. There's no restaurant here, but it's well located for the many bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Companies organising snorkelling and dicing rips are nearby.
They have quite an early checkout and no baggage storage, which is a disadvantage. They have plastic cups in the room, but I asked for a glass. They said they might be able to provide one, but it never came.

we liked that our room had a mini fridge, and a private seating area out front. The area was a good location it was close to restaurants and stores
the bed was super uncomfortable, the room is not sound proof at all and right outside of the street so it was very loud at all times, we could hear everything going on upstairs in the room above, and we felt like the staff were rude and unprofessional. They are not in the office when the hours state they’re open and they were closed the whole day of our checkout so we just left the key in the room.
