Nice environment, good desk service, nice bar. Nice bed and useful curtains.
The toilets upstairs were not very nice. I didn't like the pillow in the bed. Good water flow from the showers, but not very nice showers per se.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a nice common area
I have no idea what it was but it seems like the ventilation was blowing into the room some badly scented air. Thankfully it wasn't the whole time, and eventually the air in the room has changed.
It takes some time to get used to the app key.

The staff and the location are excellent. The shared lounges are very pleasant and pretty.
I will state facts versus opinions, with the intention of honestly informing future travelers. Very limited kitchen with no kitchen sink, no ability to cook food, prepare coffee or tea (except in small microwave). No hooks or mirrors in the rooms. Small bathrooms and showers.
