amazing location, i liked having the sink in the room
bad lighting, bathroom wasnt cleaned that well, i did not appreciate the absence of kitchen

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location is absolutely top-notch—everything interesting in Valencia is literally a minute away, which saves you so much time. The room was super cozy, and having a fan was incredibly helpful. The staff was great and provided us with fresh towels every single day. It was our first time staying in a place with a shower inside the room but an external toilet. We don't know if that's standard for Spain, but we actually found it quite cool and interesting! If you don't mind the external toilet, this is a top place for the money in Valencia.
We don't have any complaints! Everything was great. The only thing to note (not a negative for us, but just a heads-up for future guests) is the external toilet. We didn't mind it at all, but it's good for others to know before booking.

We were genuinely surprised by the excellent value for money. Although the room was quite small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property has a charming and authentic atmosphere, the facilities are well thought out, and the coffee machine in the hallway was a nice touch. Everything was clean and well organized. The host was very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, close to the train station and within easy reach of the city center. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.
The room was quite small, which may not be ideal for guests planning a longer stay or traveling with a lot of luggage. Other than that, we did not experience any significant issues.
