Better location is not possible to find! Close to Mercat Central, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, shops and attractions. Perfect little studio for both short and long stay. Equipped with the most important things in the kitchen for breakfast, snacks and lighter meals. Air condition worked well during the warmer days. Comfortable bed and good wifi for working. A plus for the smart tv I could stream to from my phone.
Not crucial but I missed some things in the kitchen (corkscrew, kitchen towel, table mat) but bought it very cheap in the Chinese store on the other side of the street. Good to know is that this is a building with three floors and without elevator.

La posizione è davvero eccezionale: nel pieno centro di Valencia, proprio accanto al Mercato Centrale e alla Lonja della Seda, perfetta per visitare la città a piedi.
Abbiamo utilizzato l’appartamento solo per dormire, senza usare la cucina, ma gli utensili presenti sono piuttosto vecchi e sporchi.
L’appartamento in generale risulta datato e avrebbe bisogno di alcuni interventi di manutenzione, oltre a una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia.
L’accesso all’appartamento avviene tramite scale piuttosto scomode. Inoltre, il letto si trova sul soppalco e anche le scale per accedervi non sono particolarmente agevoli, essendo strette e ripide.

Balcony was just windows, I thought I'd be stepping out on something
Terrace was a pitch tiled surface covered in ripped artificial grass type material, no chairs or table etc, just a washing line that was any use. I asked about getting chairs for us perhaps on day 2; just left on day 14 and nothing there (they said they'd sort - must be for next guest etc). No practical to carry chairs up and down as one reviewer said they'd done, stairs partially blocked anyway. Place was only one room plus the bathroom, thought it was more - my fault for not looking at what I was getting no doubt. Wardrobe was 5 hooks on a wall but room under bed for bags etc
As long as you know what you're getting you'll be right, may be it was a really good price post COVID who knows.
