Super location
Deposit and strict about throwing away garbage before checking out. The garbage disposal are convenient and close to apartment on the road. For those on rush this is an inconvenience

No kitchen towel for hands
No disk rack and this was a problem after washing the dishes there was no place to dry them
Kitchen paper is a must as a welcoming
Altgough there is a washing machine the drying loft is too small

I would like to share some serious concerns regarding my stay:
The Mandatory Access App: The app required for building and apartment access was very difficult to use. Adding family members was a hassle. Furthermore, I noticed many other residents (both new and current) complaining daily about the exact same problem. It created widespread frustration.
Late Checkout Request: I was instructed to message early in the morning on my checkout day for late checkout coordination. I did so, but I only received a rejection response one hour before the required departure time. This delayed response caused a lot of anxiety and confusion for my family and me.
