A beautiful view but a HAZARDOUS place!

The location was beautiful. This was the best quality of the place.

During our stay the temperatures were close to 90 degrees (F) and the air conditioning was malfunctioning! The owners were not very helpful, they said we should shut off the breaker and turn it back on; we did this a few times; still didn’t resolve the problem. We could not even stay in the unit the first night. It took 3-4 days for a technician to come out. For the remainder of the stay, the a/c would come on at 3am full blast and we were freezing and had to turn it off! We were visiting our daughter who lives in the building so luckily we could stay there, but we PAID to stay in this place! There was also a broken ceiling fan in the bedroom, which could’ve been useful to cool us off while the a/c wasn’t working. No bathroom supplies were provided! If this was the expectation on, that should have been included in the listing! The unit clearly had not been thoroughly cleaned in a very long time! See my video of the filthy bookshelves with built up dirt and grime! The room safe also was nonfunctional; the batteries had been removed. This is a tourist heavy area, the owners should know that visitors need a safe! The sliding doors to the balcony were also broken; when you close one side, the other side popped open! So any a/c we were trying to hold onto was going out the window! Lastly, and this is quite serious, the folding chair provided on balcony collapsed when I sat on it. I injured my knee as a result. As a senior man who is up in age, this is literally a hazard!!! My knee is still in pain and even after telling the owners what happened, they have not attempted to be supportive, or provide a refund, or anything! I am highly disappointed and considering legal action if there is not a suitable resolution provided.

Good place at a good location

Great location, comfortable and a very nice apartment. Staff were very helpful at check in and check out.

Excellent WiFi and excellent views. Air conditioning in all rooms. Use of lift and pool and close to all amenities. Very good communication with owner.

Had to pay 75€ charge for an early checkin of 10am instead of 5pm. No kettle. Could do with some new sheets and towels.

Fun and relaxing family holiday

Really helpful host who replied quickly to questions, excellent wifi, good local bus service, clean beach and swimming pool.

No pass for the swimming pool available in the appartment, no kettle, not enough pillows.
