Ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquillity of the beach, the warmth of the sun, the walks along the coast and the experiences that the city of Valencia offers. 10 minutes away from the historic centre by car. The apartment of 100 m2 has the following areas: - Elegant main bedroom with double bed of 150x190 cm and ample closets. - Simple bedroom with double trundle bed of 90x190 cm each one and access to own patio. - Comfortable and stylish bathroom equipped with a bathtub with glass screen, a toilet, a mirror and a sink. - Practical bathroom with shower with screen, toilet, mirror and sink on the second floor. - Large living room with an Italian style pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two people 140x190 cm, dining table and HD Smart TV. - Impressive terrace with beautiful views of the beach of La Patacona. It has a large living space with a table surrounded by chairs and some sun loungers. - Practice fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, blender… It is delivered with bed linen, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scourer, 1 kitchen towel, 2 garbage bags, 1 washing soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Guest access: - Large terrace. - 1 Communal outdoor swimming pool. (Open on summer season). - Free WiFi - Central air conditioning/heating. - Private parking (under request). - Check in 03:00 p. m. to 09:00 p. m - Check out from 09:00 a. m. to 11:00 a. m (Out of time to a surcharge of 30 Eur). Interaction with guests: We would love to attend and advise you about everything you can do in the city of Valencia: gastronomy, sports, museums, culture, entertainment, shopping, golf, children, business… The neighbourhood: La Patacona beach is located in the municipality of Alboraya and it is a must-see during your stay in Valencia. It is one of the most popular beaches in the province and the natural continuation of the beach of Malvarrosa. The continuing beach is Port Saplaya, which is a lovely area throughout the year and, because of the shapes and colours of its architecture, as well as the small inner canals, it is commonly known as The Little Venice. In its surroundings you will find a long promenade, a shopping centre, numerous restaurants with terrace and cafeterias. Only 10 minutes by car from Valencia capital, this neighbourhood is an ideal starting point to visit the most well-known beaches of the city and some nearby towns like El Puig, whose 13th century monastery will make you come back to the ancient times, or the historic city of Sagunto, distinguished by its Roman castle and its Jewish quarter. Getting around: -A bike path that runs through the city of Valencia surrounds the whole municipality. -The nearest taxi stop is only 800 meters away. - The bus line 31 (stop La Patacona) drives to Facultats, in Blasco Ibáñez, where you can access the metro line 5 towards the centre of Valencia (Xàtiva station). - It has a municipal bus, from the company Egusa, with connection to La Patacona beach and Alboraya town. This apartment was absolutely stunning. It was clean, spacious and had views of the beach and ocean to die for. We loved every moment of our stay and the apartment is exactly as advertised. We would not hesitate in the least to stay here again when we return to beautiful Valencia. The host was always available, responsive and helpful to every need or request. Thank you again for everything.

The apartment is as advertised and the communication was excellent. Great location on the beach. The city center is about 13 euro cab ride. Wonderful veranda is a gorgeous spot to sit and relax.

We loved the property and the management! Their communication with us was fantastic and started at least a week before we left for Spain. They were available and timely in meeting us at the apartment. The apartment was clean and beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious and well equipped. The pictures online do not do it justice. It’s situation was superb with great views of the beach in front only a stone’s throw away. Watching the lightning from the balcony the other night was stunning. It was also quiet at night. Breakfast bakery and a couple of small supermarkets are two minutes walk away. Really good restaurants on the beach front 10mins walk that also do a cracking breakfast. It is 25mins by taxi from the airport (€23) and 10-15 mins (€13) from the city centre. A No31 bus (stop literally just outside the apartment block) every 20mins takes approx 30mins (€1.5). Valencia is a fascinating city with a lot of spectacular features to explore. We will be back!

Es un apartamento moderno y bien decorado, la ubicación en primera línea de playa, la terraza es fantástica. El dormitorio principal enorme y cómodo.Las camas del segundo dormitorio son para niños, los colchones son finos y ya se les nota el desgaste. Para nuestro caso que hemos sido todos adultos, no han resultado cómodas.

The apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with everything you need or could wish for in order to spend a comfortable time. The terrace overlooking the beach and sea is simply breathtaking. The building is situated in a clean, calm and friendly neighbourhood. Check-in and check-out were real smooth and flexible. All in all, we can totally and sincerely recommend this apartment for a stay in Valencia and at the same time at the beach. We really had a great time!
