Perfect location directly across from the beach. Very walkable and relaxed area, with restaurants nearby within 1-10 mins walk (highly recommend Tintorera just across the street). There are two mini-marts, a cafe, and a creperie in the building itself which was great for breakfast or a snack. Bioparc, City of Arts and Sciences, Turin Garden, Oceanografic and the airport are all within 30 mins taxi ride. Port Saplaya is 5mins away by taxi.
The building itself is very secure and property is located on the same floor with direct access from the patio to the communal pool.
The hostess, Maria, was friendly and responsive.

Leuke omgeving, wel wat ver van het oude centrum van Valencia (maar dat wisten we vooraf). Redelijk ruim appartement. Zwembad tijden zijn wat beperkt en verder geen ligstoelen of stoelen bij het zwembad. Ook niet als je deze zelf meenam. Niet zo sociale badmeester.

La ubicación, literalmente al lado de la playa, en una zona tranquila y poco masificada.
Se nota que el apartamento es algo antiguo, pero para unos días de playa y turismo es suficiente.
Nos facilitaron cuna y trona para el bebé sin coste alguno.
Hubo algunos problemas con la electricidad del apartamento. Tuvo que venir la propietaria en varias ocasiones tanto sola como acompañada de un electricista para solventarlo lo antes posible. Finalmente se solucionó pero empañó algo nuestra estancia ya que no eran muchos días.
La propietaria estuvo atenta en todo momento e intentando que nos afectase lo menos posible.
