I like it > the location > heating is good and warm > kitchen is well equipped > stay 5 people have comfy beds and blankets

The location is beautiful and close to the city of Akureyri. They have Icelandic horses on site and a beautiful view to wake up to.
The WiFi was terrible basically nonexistent. We knew we wouldn’t have the best WiFi but you couldn’t even watch Netflix at the end of your day.

Excellent quiet location 10 min drive from Akureyri. The cabin had all the necessary furnishings, kitchen utensils and internet connection. The beds were wonderful as were the linens. Clean, well-maintained. Audur and Sofia were very kind and even brought us some extra pillows.

Location very quiet really relaxing. The house has most of what you need for self catering and the location is beautiful.
The cleaning policy.
So you’re meant to clean before you leave, don’t get me wrong all holiday homes should be left clean, but actually a professional should come deep clean and disinfectant everything. If your guests have to do this job you can’t ensure the proper hygiene on the property knowing this beforehand would make me think twice on renting it. Not everyone cleans the same and definitely wasn’t exceptionally clean on our arrival… it was left much cleaner for sure.
