Staff were so friendly. Views were incredible. Fantastic base for skiing or even exploring. Great cafe downstairs which we had breakfast and dinner at several times/perfect spot for a post ski drink. Several bus routes stop right outside. Even though we opted to stay outside of Queenstown, we didn’t miss out. It was nice to wonder down to the local restaurants/shop! We will stay here again for sure!

The room was a descent size, it had everything we needed. Secure parking underground was nice.
Location to the city center was a 15min drive away, a lot of road works near the hotel when leaving the area.
