Very close to airport as it was our last night in queenstown. Good view of the mountain from our balcony. Spacious apartment and very comfortable. It was very warm aswell and we didn't have any heating on.
There was construction going on, which didn't worry us as by the time we checked in they were finishing up, but they do start around 8am and could be annoying for anyone spending more time during the day at the apartment. However, we didn't mind it.

It was beautiful bright & clean. Situated in a great location close to bus stops to get to Queenstown.
Nothing it was perfect

Modern. Comfortable bed. Can walk to supermarket.
Studio room was underwhelming with a single small window overlooking carpark and major noisy construction site that we were not informed about before arrival. Minimal ' kitchen apartment' inclusions. No guaranteed parking which was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Shower very dark. Given its location this was not good value.
