Quiet area at night just a 25 min walk to the lively city centre and beaches, very clean room and the separate private bathroom was well maintained and clean. Good neighbourhood with plenty of places to eat and drink and good transport links to centre of San Sebastián with regular buses and trains.

Value for money and location
Three phone numbers and no one answered. It is an apartment in a block of flats. No receptionist.

The hotel was close to multiple bus stops that drove into old town and there were a few cafes/shops nearby.
There was practically no natural light in the room. There was a small stained glass window in the corner of the room which didn't let much light in. The air conditioner wasn't the best, it was portable and the pipe had to be pointed out the window, and it fell on multiple occasions letting hot air into the room. The door to the bathroom kept on breaking and locking us inside. Overall it was overpriced and didn't look like the photos.
