Modern hotel in an excellent location. The King room was quite large and well-decorated. The bed was great. The WhatsApp AI chat feature was useful.
More pillows available would be nice, as they’re very flimsy. There was no staff around to help us with our luggage, and the lady at the front desk seemed annoyed by her job.

Breakfast was varied, certainly something for everyone.
Bar and restaurant being closed on Sunday, given it was packed on Saturday, mainly with locals, closing it Sunday made no sense. Also, why was the car park not available to guests?

Beautiful hotel food in the restaurant was over priced but delicious waitress was so nice and helpful
Got no sleep the bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete! I have arthritis and was left aching all over. The shower had no privacy whatsoever a glass door my son stayed in the room with me so it was embarrassing to say the least everything was open nowhere to go to get dressed! And no working aircon had to sleep with the windows open. For such a modern hotel it would be great if they could sort out these issues to be honest I wouldn’t stay again
