Very good location, the bus/tram stop is practically right next door, making it quick and easy to get to La Laguna and Santa Cruz. The property itself makes a very positive impression - the classic decor and plenty of wooden elements really enhance the premium feel. We only stayed for one night, but I think it would be a great choice for a longer stay.

Very convenient location opposite a tram stop into Santa Cruz.
Good communication with owner.
Very clean.
Styling of suite was somewhat eclectic and some road traffic noise.

The owner welcomed me personally which was nice but in despite of that I never saw anyone again... the room had an interior window to an interior gallery. the room was clean and correct but not cozy nor any nice decoration, just clean and functional.
