Location was excellent. Walking distance from historic center. Close to Tenerife North Airport. Good breakfast. Parking available on-site. Parking spots were spacious.

The suite I stayed in was very spacious and well equipped. It had a large living room where I could comfortably sit, relax, and also work in the evenings. The bed was very comfortable, with plenty of blankets and pillows.
The hotel is located in the historic old town, so all the main sights are within easy walking distance. At the same time, it is convenient to leave the city by car and explore the island. The staff was very friendly and immediately helped me carry my luggage up the stairs.
Breakfast is served as a classic buffet with a good selection. It offers everything you would expect from a four-star hotel and will certainly suit the tastes of most guests.
The bathroom could be more modern. There was a very high bathtub, apparently also usable as a whirlpool, but it was not easy to get in and out of — especially for someone recovering from a knee operation — and it was also quite slippery when used as a shower. I bought a non-slip bath mat myself; I did not ask whether the hotel could provide one.
I also found the bath amenities rather basic for a spa hotel. There was only a simple combined shampoo/shower gel dispenser by the bathtub, which did not really encourage me to explore the spa facilities.
Additionally, I missed having more seating areas outside the cafeteria, ideally also outdoor spaces where one could sit, relax, or work on a laptop for a while.

Rooms are lovely but can be noisy and hot. The second room was much better. Both were junior suites.
Our first room was very noisy. The weather (and therefore the room) was hot but the hotel did not want to turn on the AC and so we had to try to sleep with them open onto a busy street.
No instructions about where to park. Eventually needed to leave car on a taxi rank. No offers of help with luggage.
