Extremely uncomfortable bed: very small blanket for 2 persons, very soft mattress and uncomfortable pillows. dirty stains on bed frame. No forks at all in the kitchen, knifes also not good

Decent hotel with clean rooms

The room and bathroom were clean, slippers were provided. Location is not extremely central, but still all right as the underground is only a five minute walk and you have a couple of restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Wifi worked well.

The pre-checkin was a bit of a hassle because I received about ten emails (by booking.com and the hotel) to provide a prepayment (even though none was required and the booking came with free cancellation) and additional contact details, always under the threat to have my booking cancelled. That definitely did not contribute to a relaxing stay. That being said, things got clarified upon the check-in and the staff was apparently concerned about me not being aware reception closes at 6pm (which I very much was). In person, the staff was a lot more approachable and amicable than via email.

Superb

The receptionist was excellent, extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable with free coffee and Croissant which they refill daily. Would highly recommend. Very good for the price.

Quiet hotel in a residential neighborhood

Very spacious room, decorated in a rustic style. Kitchenette inside the room, as well as a sofa. Friendly staff. Quiet location. Pretty close to the Hagi Dimitar metro station connected to the city center. Enough parking spots in front of the hotel on both sides of the road.

For the door we received a regular key instead of a card. The hotel is locked at 18:00, when we had to enter it using another key. The electric stove was bipping from time to time, even during the night. The sink's faucet was very sensitive; we mistakenly switched the water a few times between hot and cold causing burns on our skin.

Nice room, super clean, great air-conditioning, easy to park, quiet area. Less than 5 min walk to metro so convenient to get to center of Sofia. Staff is friendly and printed a couple pages for me. Definitely good value!

It had everything you need, comfy and quiet.

Deep cleaning missing. (Dust in some places, dirt under and behind the fridge, the cooking stove with breadcrumbs.. The surrounding is not so nice, but safe and not far away from the city center.

* Good location. It’s so close to the Metro Station - Hadzhi Dimitar * Clean rooms and towels, nice facilities, free mini bar * Easy-going, cool and warm staff. : ) * The area is a bit silent at nights, but no worries. It’s not dangerous.

* Sometimes I feel a little bit cold because of the weather in Sofia. * Sound of refrigerator a little bit noisy at nights * In general, I like everything. : )
