Clean & ultra modern. Big bathroom. Massive bed, really comfy. Fabulous breakfast. Nice people. Plenty of parking. Can't fault it. Thanks Denis.
Just be aware that it's a roughly 45 minute walk to the old town. Or €4 in an Uber.

Absolutely everything. Ne and my daughter stayed in room 24 The rooms were beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the whole property was lovely. The photos on Booking.com really don’t do it justice. Denis, the owner, was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt so welcomed and would happily stay here again.

Absolutely faboulous !! We reserved a big room at the top floor with sea view . All white and spacious . Impeccable. Beautiful swimming pool area with sun chairs and towels . Great breakfast . And on top an absolutely lovely and hyper efficient staff !!! Located in a residential quite part of Zadar; you need a car or a bike ( I think the location rents some) to get to the old town or the sea. We also loved the town. Thank you! We loved our stay: TOP

Pretty new place, modern style. Nice pool.
Greedy owner took 12 eur for breakfast for a child but did not offer cooked eggs. Not worth it since food is from Lidl and you can buy yourself. No salads. Far from sea. Dusts on wardrobes.
