Super emplacement, proche de l océan (avec une superbe plage), d un grand centre commercial et à bonnes distances de toutes les activités.
L appartement était confortable et accueillant, avec des denrée de base fortes utiles. Carlos qui nous a accueilli nous à tout super bien expliqué! Et malgré notre retard à l arrivé (avion), il s est montré disponible et avenant.
Vraiment chouette endroit, je recommande!!.
Pas grand chose, hormis l arrivée rapide de moucherons (mais ça c'est inévitable) et peut-être un léger malentendu après notre départ de l appart qui a demandé à être traité alors que nous poursivions notre trip au Acores.

This large apartment is very functional, with dishes and pots for cooking if needed, with many towels (even for the beach), blinds that close completely for blackout at night, and a very large balcony. It's in Ribeira Grande, which is a very central place from which to take little trips to many of the main sights. The check-in done by Carlos, who even helped us with luggage and who took the time to explain in detail the best things to do with a small child. All around great communication and a very comfortable stay.
The apartment has a balcony but in the end it is not as scenic as it may seem, because the apartment is right by the road.

Sehr große Wohnung, supernetter Empfang, Viel Stauraum. Parken unproblematisch.
Die Terrasse ist zwar riesig, aber bis auf ein paar Möbel leer, was nicht zum Aufenthalt einlädt.

We had a wonderful stay at Ocean Terrace. The apartment was our little home from home as we spent two weeks exploring all that Sao Miguel has to offer. Ocean Terrace is a great location for exploring the island with so much within easy reach, only 20 mins from the airport, 10 mins walk to Santa Barbara beach and an easy 3 mins stroll to the supermarket and main streets of Ribeira Grande. Very comfortable and cosy with plenty of space to relax and recuperate after days filled with hiking, kayaking, horse riding and exploring.
Nothing, everything was perfect for our stay, I could not find fault with anything.
