Our stay at The Alena Resort A Pramana Experience was truly exceptional and easily ranks among the best hotel experiences we have ever had.
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Dika at the reception, who was genuinely friendly, professional and always happy to assist. His warm attitude immediately made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
A special mention also goes to Listya from the restaurant team. She is such a warm, energetic and caring person who made us feel completely at home. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after, and she truly knows how to make guests feel special. The entire staff is exceptionally attentive they remember you by name, anticipate your needs and make you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay, without ever being intrusive. We also had the opportunity to take one of the tours arranged through the resort, and this was an absolutely wonderful experience. Our driver was extremely accommodating and made the entire day enjoyable. He accompanied us everywhere, explained the places we visited, listened carefully to our wishes and took us wherever we wanted to go. When we wanted to make some changes to the original itinerary during the tour, he was very flexible and never made us feel uncomfortable or that it was a problem. His attitude was professional, relaxed and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. We truly felt spoiled throughout our entire stay. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, clean and equipped with all the facilities you would expect from a high-quality resort. Everything is well organised and contributes to a very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, The Alena Resort is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Staff were very friendly and easy to communicate with. They were very accomodating throughout the stay. Food at the restaurant was great with delicious breakfast included. The room was beautiful and the common areas were well maintained.

We loved every part of it - the staff was so welcoming and friendly!
The complementary cake was delicious.
The surprise candlelight dinner decoration was spotless. The host and chef were very caring.
The restaurant staff was so helpful. The complementary afternoon bites and drinks were a nice touch!
And we used the complementary jacuzzi and sauna too :)
The spa staff was also great.
Everyone we interacted with during our stay was lovely. The property is beautiful, thoughtful and spotless.
